Tomorrow is Thanksgiving!!! Hooray for Thanksgiving food. This year, we'll be celebrating over a meal at our house with our good friends Graham and Olivia. Then Sunday, we're having our high school friends over for a potluck friendsgiving celebration! I made this salad a few weeks ago, but was thinking this may be a good addition to your Thanksgiving meal as a little lighter alternative to the normal starch-filled Thanksgiving sides. Or maybe you could replace the steak with leftover turkey for a little detox meal on Friday...

dressing :: 2:2:1 ratio of olive oil, apple cider vinegar and honey
