This past week, I've been in Dallas for my sister's wedding. Gatsby and I made the long trip by driving since flying a dog is neither comfortable, nor budget friendly but I had to bring him. I just had to. I was blown away by my sister's organization skills. She thought of EVERYTHING. Seriously, everything. Someone should publish her week of itenerary (or the Plewa Bible, as we all called it). We all joked about it's extensive length (6 pages haha) but it worked and things were carried out flawlessly, which is something you couldn't say about my wedding week haha. I may have forgotten a few details when planning Hubs and I's day, like silverware for the reception... But anywho, everything about the wedding was beautiful, and carefully thought out. We spent the night in the most cute and quaint bed and breakfast in downtown McKinney the night before the wedding and feasted on the most amazing and unique breakfast including baked fruit, a hardy English breakfast loaf and cheese grits. They were super accommodating and we had the place to ourselves to get ready in on the day of the wedding. Seriously, if you're in Dallas, you should look into this place, even for just a weekend staycation. Here's the link: McKinney Bed & Breakfast.
Check out these flowers! My sister used them for some of her details and each of the bridesmaids held one. They're called King Protea and are originally from Cape Town, South Africa. I'd never seen anything like them before and am sure they're about to be a new Pinterest sensation on the weddings tab.
Check out their faces! Pure bliss. And my sis looks bangin. I couldn't be more excited these two and am so happy to finally officially have Frank as a brother! It had been a long time coming ;)
